Geopolitical analyst, research associates, creative content producers and business support executives
Synergia is looking for candidates having extremely proficient scholastic records and an interdisciplinary mindset that can be trained to become a geopolitical and research analyst. We are looking for part time and fulltimeeditors, freelancers, journalists, film makers, social media experts, designers and those who can provide executive support to the organisation’s needs. We also require candidates with strong editing and proofing skills to clear Synergia publications. Film makers and graphic editors will have to shoot the internal videos and edit it. Designers will involve in making flyers, website designing, poster designing, etc.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s, Master’s and PHD in English, journalism, political science, law and other humanities. At least 1-2 years of work experience in research/academic are preferred. Those having organisational and management skills will also be considered. 

• Extremely high level of integrity and personal ethics
• Excellent command over the English and/or a foreign language (grammar/usage)
• Sound managerial and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and work as a team
• A strong background in current events and international affairs
• Social media and IT skills

Freshers with good interpersonal, proficient extra curricular and academic qualifications will be considered.
